• Our agent in China will source the product in the image or link that you provide to us. It is up to you to ensure the product is correct and that you provide us much information about each product as possible to ensure we source the correct item.
• If there is uncertainty about a product, our supplier will list, through SFC, an alternative product that can be sourced. It would be up to you to decide on whether it will be suitable

• SFromChina (SFC) will not be held liable for any losses caused due to using this system or products received.
• Products imported from China are not insured in any manner unless specifically requested to do so and will be billed seperately
• SFromChina (SFC) will do its upmost to ensure packaging is sufficient to safely transit.

• SFromChina (SFC) product prices and transportation costs may change at any moment.
• SFromChina (SFC) reserve the right to request additional payment if the product pricing or transport cost has changed or, was incorrectly calculated.
• SFromChina (SFC) will do its upmost to ensure that product pricing and transporation costs are accurate and correct before a formal Pro Forma is issued.
• SFromChina (SFC) allows you to purchase the products without including transportation costs if you choose. This would mean that you need to either let us send a seperate invoice for transportation, or, you need to organize transportation from our hub in China yourself.

• SFromChina (SFC) reserves the right to terminate the usage of this service either completely, or, for specific users.
• SFromChina (SFC) is automated but still needs physical action from our agent in China to source your products and, if we feel that this service is being abused or, users are requesting many prices but not completing orders, then we may restrict access to the SFC service.

• SFromChina (SFC) does not directly accept payments and all payments are done through Paypal.
• SFromChina (SFC) does not automicatically mark your Paypal payments off and needs manual intervention from us to confirm payment has been received. Therefore, there may be a delay of up to 24H before your paid invoice reflects as "paid" on the SFC site.
• All payments made are directly to our agent in China (through Paypal) in USD.
• Paypal provides the functionality to provide refunds if needed if an order is cancelled but paid for some reason.

SFromChina (SFC)

• SFromChina (SFC) accepts no liability in product quality.
• Our agent in China will investiage & inspect each product to make sure it is what is being ordered, but our agent is not a specialist in as far as being able to test your product or device to ensure it operates correctly.
• If our agent in China finds any obvious signs of bad quality, he will either request a new batch from the manufacturer or, will get in contact with you to resolve the problem before it leaves China.

• SFromChina (SFC) is currently free to use but charge a 10% handling fee on product pricing (included in the price).
• SFromChina (SFC) reserves the right to ask a monthly/yearly fee but we hope to keep the system free to use for the foreseeable future.
